Cancellation and Refund Policy for Car Service Wale (CSW Solutions Private Limited)

At Car Service Wale, formerly known as CSW Solutions Private Limited, we value our customers and strive to provide a seamless car servicing experience. We understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel or modify your booking. To ensure transparency and provide clarity, we have established the cancellation and refund policy explained in the following sections

Cancellation Window

Customers can cancel their car servicing booking free of charge up to
48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the
appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fees

a. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment: No cancellation fee will be charged.
b. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment: Maximum cancellation fee of 10% of the total service cost will be applicable. This fee covers administrative and
scheduling expenses.

Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule
your car servicing booking. We allow one-time rescheduling free of charge, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the original appointment time. Additional rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment or failure to reschedule will be treated as a cancellation, subject to the aforementioned cancellation policy.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your car servicing appointment without prior cancellation or rescheduling, a no-show fee equivalent to maximum 20% of the total service cost will be charged. This fee compensates for the time and resources allocated for your appointment.


Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund due to a cancellation made within the allowed cancellation
window or a rescheduling request made at least 24 hours before the original appointment time, the refunded amount will exclude any applicable cancellation fees or rescheduling charges.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of
cancellation or rescheduling request. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Customers can cancel or reschedule their car servicing booking by logging into their Car Service Wale account on our website or by contacting our customer support team via phone or email. Please provide the necessary booking details for identification purposes.

Exceptions

In case of extenuating circumstances, such as emergencies, unavoidable delays, or
unforeseen events, where cancellation or rescheduling is beyond the customer's control, we will review each situation on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support team to discuss such situations.

By booking our car servicing services through Car Service Wale, you agree to adhere to this cancellation and refund policy. We recommend reviewing this policy before making any bookings or changes to existing bookings. Our aim is to provide exceptional service while being fair to our valued customers.
